The data of the article "Finite Temperature Casimir Effect of Scalar Field"

The dataset includes two Python scripts, four files in DAT format, one HDF5 file, and one NumPy binary file, as described below.bessel.py – This script generates the zeros of the spherical Bessel functions. The computed zeros are stored in two different formats for convenience: sph_bessel_zeros_table.npy (NumPy binary) and sph_bessel_zeros_table.h5 (HDF5).

Both files contain the zeros for angular momentum quantum numbers up to lmax=1000 and radial quantum numbers up to nmax=1000.casimir_entropy.py – This script computes the Casimir self‑entropy of a scalar field confined in a three‑dimensional sphere as a function of the dimensionless distance theta_3 (see the article for the explicit definition). Four sets of results are provided, corresponding to different truncations in the radial and angular momentum quantum numbers:(1) nmax=500, lmax=800(2) nmax=1000, lmax=800(3) nmax=500, lmax=1000(4) nmax=1000, lmax=1000These multiple datasets allow users to examine the convergence behavior of the calculation with respect to the cutoffs nmax and lmax.
