Listed in ZivaHub and Deakin Research Online and DMU Figshare — shown once because both records carry DOI 10.25446/oxford.33381652.v1
This report focuses on persons displaced for reasons that also cause people to become refugees but who, unlike refugees, have been unable or unwilling to seek asylum in another country.
Description

It also contributes to the debate on improved policies and structures for a more effective international system of assistance in the future and on more consistent responses based on established principles.
