7C6 is a monoclonal antibody that inhibits the shedding of MICA and MICB, which are stress-induced ligands often expressed by tumor cells.
Description
We developed a new version of 7C6, 7C6-GAALIE, which better binds Fc gamma-activating receptors, and analyzed how it reprograms human NK cell gene expression in vitro after co-culture with a target cell line, DU-145.
