I created this file by merging EXCEL file = WTPDS, UC times, 05 Oct 2020 and EXCEL FILE = WTPDs, Above cops started by Jessica, 13 Oct 2020 In this file Orderortype CUCorCAC= 1 = CUC of 1st copping male, 2 = CUC of 2nd copping male, 3 = CUC of 3rd copping male, 4 = CUC of 4th copping male, and 5 = CAC??
Description
On 16 May 2026, I cannot figure out/remember the meaning of orderortype CUC or CAC = 5. Do not use for now unless I figure out later.
CUC = Critical UNDERGROUND Consortship, when insemination probably occurred CAC = Critical ABOVEGROUND COPULATION, when insemination probably occurred Note that one WTPD female (5SBS in 2008) had TWO CACS On 28 October I change CUC time for WTPD fem-76 (H8) from 20 to 9 UC = Underground Consortship For reasons that I do not understand, this EXCEL file for WTPDs has no information on either eartags or Nyanzol markers. Surely I HAVE this information, but I created this file without including the information.

These data used for Figure 15.10 in Hoogland 2026. This file ready for longterm storage on 15 March 2025. I consider data from the same female in different years to be independent.
All times are 24-hour times (military times). Each line contains information from one prairie dog per year. But sometimes a single female WTPD female had more than one duration of CUC or CAC if she copulated with >=2 males.
