By doing so, the researcher hope this theoretical model of school-based management can give those who want to take reform on school organization a guidance and education administrators who want to improve our educational system a reference. To accomplish the purpose, the researcher, first of all, explores school-based management theories and its applications as the basis of constructing a theoretical model of school-based management.
Second, based on the questionnaire to modify this theoretical model of school-based management.
