Description
Single-cell RNA sequencing is used to characterize cellular states and gene-expression programs associated with T-cell differentiation, functional fitness, and persistence in the resulting CAR-T-cell products. The deposited data enable comparison of transcriptional features associated with the different manufacturing approaches.
