Next Generation Sequencing Facilitates Quantitative Analysis of Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAS57 vs PAS96 and PAS57 vs PAS79 Transcriptomes

Listed in NCBI GEO

Purpose: Next-generation sequencing (NGS) has revolutionized systems-based analysis of cellular pathways.

Description

The goals of this study are to compare transcriptome profiling of P. aeruginosa PAS57 (RNA-seq) to transcriptome profiling of P. aeruginosa PAS96 and PAS79 and to evaluate protocols for optimal high-throughput data analysis.
