Transcriptomic profiling of human iPSC-derived pruriceptors using single-nucleus and bulk RNA sequencing

Listed in NCBI GEO

Human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) were differentiated into pruriceptor-enriched sensory neurons via transcription factor overexpression (NGN1 and ISL1).

Description

Both single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) and bulk RNA sequencing were performed to characterize transcriptional changes associated with neuronal differentiation and pruriceptor specification. The snRNA-seq dataset captures cell-type-specific gene expression profiles, while the bulk RNA-seq dataset provides complementary transcriptome-wide measurements across biological replicates.

Together, these datasets provide a resource for studying human sensory neuron specification and pruriceptor-associated gene expression programs.
