Transcriptomic Analysis to Elucidate Key miRNAs and Signaling Pathways Involved in the Promotion of Periodontitis by Hypertension

Listed in NCBI GEO

To identify key miRNAs that promote the progression of periodontitis in the context of hy-pertension through high-throughput sequencing, rat models of periodontitis and periodontitis combined with hypertension were established, with healthy rats serving as the control group.

Description

Periodontal tissues from each group were collected for small RNA sequencing. Subsequently, differential miRNAs were analyzed in the periodontitis with hypertension group compared to the control group, as well as in the periodontitis with hypertension group compared to the periodontitis group.
