Microarray data from Lee et al. FASEB J. 2016. 6 COPD patients (GOLD I-II) were treated for 28 days with Seretide 50/500 combination ICS/LABA.
Description
Bronchial biopsies were taken pre and post treatment. Gene expression was compared before and after treatment.
Data was collected from the same patients previosuly published in Durham et al. FASEB J. 2013 Jun;27(6):2367-81 dx.doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.641456
