Transcriptome analysis of estrogen-related receptor (ERR) knockout in adult Drosophila females

Listed in NCBI GEO

ERR is a conserved metabolic nuclear receptor required for energy metabolism.

Description

Here, we took an RNA sequencing approach to identify candidate ERR targets in adult Drosophila females. We found that loss of ERR downregulates enzymes associated with glycolysis and the pentose phosphate pathway, similar to what is observed in larvae and adult males.
