Crosstalk mediators implicated in Stevens-Johnson syndrome through gene regulatory network analysis of murine conjunctival epithelial cells

Listed in NCBI GEO

This study aimed to elucidate the crosstalk mechanisms between Ikzf1, Ptger3, Mavs, and Tlr3 pathways in conjunctival epithelial cells.

Description

Genome-wide expression profiling was performed using Affymetrix GeneChip Mouse Gene 1.0 ST arrays under 16 conditions (wild-type, knockout, and transgenic backgrounds with or without polyI:C stimulation). The resulting data were analyzed to identify candidate mediators connecting the four key regulators to interferon-stimulated genes.
