Mechanistic model-driven exometabolomic characterisation of human dopaminergic neuronal metabolism.

Listed in NCBI GEO

Description

RNA sequencing was performed on human stem cell-derived neuronal cultures across developmental and experimental conditions, including differentiated neurons exposed for 24 h to the mitochondrial complex I inhibitor rotenone at 0.06, 0.25, 0.5 or 1 µM. The transcriptomic data were generated to support characterisation of human dopaminergic neuronal metabolism and integration with quantitative exometabolomic measurements and genome-scale metabolic modelling.
