Transcriptomic profiling reveals IGF2BP1-mediated gene regulation and Helicobacter pylori-induced transcriptional reprogramming in gastric epithelial cells

Listed in NCBI GEO

Helicobacter pylori infection induces persistent transcriptional reprogramming in gastric epithelial cells.

Description

To identify downstream pathways regulated by IGF2BP1, RNA sequencing was performed in GES-1 cells with IGF2BP1 overexpression and H. pylori infection. Integrated analysis identified overlapping transcriptional programs associated with oxidative stress regulation and ferroptosis-related pathways.
