Single-cell RNA sequencing data of anti-PD-1 antibody tolerant LLC cells

Even after anti-PD-1 antibody is administrated to subcutaneous model mouse using LLC cells, there are a few cells which survive, and these tolerant cells are considered to be the source of later recurrence.
