Transcriptomic and metabolomic profiling of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli treated with AuPt@ZIF-8 + H₂O₂ + NIR or control

Listed in NCBI GEO

To clarify the antibacterial mechanism of AuPt@ZIF-8 + H₂O₂ + NIR, we treated Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus with/without AuPt@ZIF-8 + H₂O₂ + NIR and observed the changes in gene expression using high-throughput transcriptome sequencing.
