Application of lime to slow the spread of antibiotic resistance genes in acidic black soil dataset

This dataset contains the microbial community and antibiotic resistance gene (ARGs) related data of endophytic bacteria in the rhizosphere soil, non-rhizosphere soil, and lettuce leaves of the lettuce cultivation system under different lime application amounts and poultry manure addition treatments.
Description
It covers the raw sequences of high-throughput sequencing of bacterial 16S rRNA genes, high-throughput quantitative PCR (HT-qPCR) detection data of antibiotic resistance genes, as well as analysis results of soil physical and chemical properties.
Basic composition: The core of the dataset includes three modules: bacterial community sequencing data set, ARGs and mobile genetic elements (MGEs) detection data set, and soil physical and chemical property data set. All data are derived from the endophytic bacteria samples in non-rhizosphere soil, rhizosphere soil, and lettuce leaves under different lime application amounts (0%, 0.08%, 0.16%, 0.32%) treatments.
