Exogenous estrogen exposure during preimplantation disrupts embryo transport and differentially alterns transcriptome in mouse oviduct and uterus

Listed in NCBI GEO

To investigate mechanisms for oviductal embryo retention upon exposure to 17β-estradiol (E2) as a model compound for EEDCs, and to compare how oviductal transcriptome and uterine transcriptome respond differently to E2 treatment during early pregnancy.
