This dataset contains the supporting data for a study on thermotolerant single-cell protein production by Kluyveromyces marxianus GQ7.
Description
It mainly includes transcriptomic sequencing and analysis data for GQ7 cultivated under different temperature, carbon-source, and nitrogen-source conditions; genome resequencing and variant-analysis data for the parental strain GQ7 and five ARTP-derived mutants; and the source data underlying the figures and tables in the associated manuscript.
The dataset can be used to investigate the effects of cultivation conditions on the growth, protein accumulation, and gene expression of K. marxianus, and to support analyses of the transcriptional regulation and genetic variations associated with thermotolerant single-cell protein production.
