Test Dataset for DelMoro Pipeline

<p dir="ltr">This collection of small example files is intended to verify the functionality of the <a href="github.com/othmanResearch/DelMoro" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">DelMoro</a> pipeline. It facilitates quick testing of both full-mode and step-mode workflows, removing the need for extensive input files or simulated datasets while guaranteeing correct functioning across all processing modules. The dataset has been modified from resources created by <a href="orcid.org/0000-0002-1561-078X" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">Geert van Geest </a>and <a href="orcid.org/0000-0001-9062-6303" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">Patricia Palagi</a> for the<a href="sib-swiss.github.io/NGS-variants-training/2023.9/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer"> NGS - variant analysis training course</a>.

The input files, FASTQ sequences, reference genome, 1000 Genomes gold standard indels (1000g_gold_standard.indels.filtered.vcf), and GRCh38 annotations (GCF.38.filtered.renamed.vcf), are provided exactly as they were given by the original creators. The other files, which include VCF format outputs and BAM files, were produced by running these inputs through the DelMoro pipeline.</p>
