The FGF4–integrin β1 axis restores directed collective migration to accelerate diabetic wound regeneration.

Listed in NCBI GEO

This dataset was generated to investigate the mechanisms underlying the pro-healing effects of Fibroblast Growth Factor 4 (FGF4) on diabetic wounds.

Description

We performed RNA sequencing on wound tissues from streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic mice. The mice received daily topical applications of either recombinant FGF4 (rFGF4) or PBS vehicle control.

Wound tissues were harvested on day 7 post-wounding for transcriptomic analysis.
