Screening of Cerebral Palsy Biomarkers and Cross-Species Conservative Target Analysis between Human and Rat Based on Whole Transcriptome Array Chip Sequencing

Listed in NCBI GEO

Cerebral Palsy (CP) is a group of neurodevelopmental disorders characterized by persistent motor and posture impairments.

Description

Its molecular mechanisms remain poorly understood, and there is a lack of reliable blood-based biomarkers. This study employed a ceRNA microarray (LC Human ceRNA array V1.0) to analyze the expression profiles of circRNAs in peripheral blood from 3 children with cerebral palsy and 3 healthy controls.
