RNA-seq analysis of fat body and brain tissues in wild type and AaegGr34 Aedes aegypti

Listed in NCBI GEO

This study examines gene expression changes in the fat body and brain tissues of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes.

Description

RNA sequencing was used to identify differentially expressed genes within tissue-type between wild type and mosquitos containing a mutant form of the fructose receptor AaegGr34.
