Lysophospholipid acyltransferase 7 (LPLAT7)/lysophosphatidylglycerol acyltransferase 1 (LPGAT1) remodels phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine in cardiomyocytes.
Description
To investigate the transcriptional consequences of altered phospholipid remodeling in the heart, we performed bulk RNA sequencing of left ventricular tissue from cardiomyocyte-specific Lplat7/Lpgat1 conditional knockout mice and littermate controls.
