Expression profile of cells overexpressing genetic variants encoding XIAP with distinct subcellular localization.

Description
Messenger RNA (mRNA) samples from MCF-7 breast cancer cells transfected with the plasmid vectors: pEBB (empty vector), pEBB-HA-XIAPwild type (cytoplasmic XIAP expression), pEBB-HA-XIAPH467A (lack of ubiquitin ligase activity; cytoplasmic XIAP expression), pEBB-HA-XIAPΔRING (deletion of the RING domain; nuclear and cytoplasmic XIAP expression) and XIAPNLS (insertion of a nuclear localization signal; nuclear and cytoplasmic XIAP expression) were amplified, labeled and hybridized to the ClariomTM S Array human (Thermo Scientific, USA).
Normalization and analysis of microarray data was performed using the Transcriptome Analysis Console (TAC) software (Affymetrix, USA).
