Transcriptomic responses and survival of kidney xenograft with triple carbohydrate antigen knockout (3KO) with or without multiple human transgenes (HTGs)
Listed in NCBI GEO
The addition of human transgenes (HTGs) to 3KO kidney xenografts significantly suppressed rejection-related transcriptomic pathways and prolonged xenograft survival.
Description
Notably, the inclusion of anti-inflammatory HTGs (A20 and HO-1) was particularly important, leading to greater suppression of rejection-associated pathways and improved graft survival compared with HTG combinations lacking these genes.
