Expression data of non-coding RNA during human intestinal development

Listed in NCBI GEO

Non-coding RNAs play a significant role in embryonic development, but their contribution to the pathogenesis of human intestinal diseases remains unclear.

Description

We utilized high-throughput sequencing technology to reveal the regulatory mechanisms that affect gene expression during human intestinal development. These results contribute to a deeper understanding of the role of non-coding RNAs in human intestinal development and their regulatory networks, providing a foundation for subsequent studies on molecular and signaling networks.
