Transcriptome analysis of cisplatin-treated KGN human ovarian granulosa cells

Listed in NCBI GEO

Cisplatin is a major chemotherapeutic agent in cancer treatment.

Description

However, studies have shown that chemotherapy can induce aging in the body, leading to an increased risk of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency in women. Therefore, this study conducted transcriptome sequencing analysis on KGN cells after cisplatin treatment.
