Chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIP-Seq) data from sweetpotato roots treated with RCDs under salt stress conditions

Two biological replicates were prepared for each input sample and immunoprecipitation (IP) sample. Perform ChIP seq and ChIP qPCR analysis using replicates of each IP and input sample.

Immunoprecipitation of root chromatin was performed using anti-H4Kac antibody (pan acetylated antibody, Active Motif, # 39925, USA). The ChIP DNA and input DNA (untreated chromatin samples) libraries were constructed and sequenced using the MGISEQ-T7 sequencer (MGI, China) by Wuhan Saikang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The original sequencing reads were aligned to the reference genome (Sweet Potato Beauregard Genome Assembly Annotation Version 1) using default parameters, and peak detection was performed using MACS2 (v.2.1.1).
