Gene expression profiling of HSC-3 oral squamous cell carcinoma cells co-cultured with necrotic cells

Listed in NCBI GEO

Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) cells are exposed to necrotic cell–derived factors within the tumor microenvironment.

Description

This dataset describes gene expression profiling of the human OSCC cell line HSC-3 following indirect co-culture with necrotic cells for 16 hours using cell culture inserts with 1 µm pores (NC/ID condition), in comparison with monoculture controls. Microarray analysis was performed to characterize transcriptional responses of HSC-3 cells to soluble factors released from necrotic cells.
