Pulsed photobiomodulation reprograms the tumor immune microenvironment to restore local T cell–mediated antitumor immunity

Listed in NCBI GEO

We have employed a single cell sequencing approach using 10X Genomics scRNA-seq to study MC38 tumor infiltrated immune cell under Photobiomodulation(PBM) treatment.

Description

PBM, also termed low-level laser therapy (LLLT), is a non-invasive, drug-free physical modality that uses defined light wavelengths to modulate cellular functions. This study represents the first transcriptomic analysis of how PBM reshapes the tumor microenvironment and inhibits MC38 tumor growth.
