This study investigated the transcriptional effects of BMP8B overexpression in Hep 3B2.1-7 liver cancer cells.
Description
RNA sequencing was performed on Hep 3B2.1-7 cells with stable plasmid-mediated BMP8B overexpression and corresponding control cells. Differential gene expression and pathway analyses were performed to identify genes and signaling pathways regulated by BMP8B.
