Multi-tissue mRNA-seq, miRNA-seq and single-cell RNA-seq of skeletal muscle, adipose, liver and PBMCs from heat-stressed lactating Holstein cows

Description
Newly generated high-throughput sequencing data from lactating Holstein cows under heat stress (HS) versus pair-fed thermoneutral (PFTN) conditions: bulk mRNA-seq of skeletal muscle and subcutaneous adipose tissue (n=16) and liver (n=6); small RNA-seq (miRNA-seq) of muscle and adipose (n=16); and single-cell RNA-seq of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (n=6, DNBelab C4). Rumen epithelium (SRA SRP344934) and mammary gland (SRP174357) mRNA-seq from the same study were previously deposited and are cross-referenced.
