Concurrent genetic and non-genetic resistance mechanisms to KRAS inhibition in CRC

Listed in NCBI GEO

Whole exome sequencing and single cell spatial transcriptomics (CosMx) of patient biopsies show that genetic and non genetic resistance mechanisms often coexist in the same tumor.

Description

We show that targeting the early adaptive changes, characterized by inflammatory reprogramming, synergizes with KRAS inhibition.
