Targeting BLVRB Overcomes Immunosuppression and Potentiates Immunotherapy in Monocytic Acute Myeloid Leukemia [bulk_rna_patient]

Listed in NCBI GEO

The tumorigenesis and development of Acute Myeloid leukemia (AML) is associated with an immuno-suppressive microenvironment.

Description

Monocytic AML cells are a critical cell subset that induces drug resistance, which has been demonstrated to have some immuno-suppressive function. However, it remains unclear about the regulatory mechanism, as well as available targets, of immuno-suppression in monocytic AMLs.

In this study, we performed bulk RNA sequencing analyses from clinical samples of AMLs, and aimed to explore the novel biomarkers and potential mechanism about immune suppression in monocytic AML.
