Single-cell RNA-seq dataset of epithelial lineage dynamics in prostate cancer

This dataset contains single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data generated from a multi-region prostate cancer cohort.
Description
A total of 25 lesions were profiled, including five epithelial-subtype, six luminal-subtype, five stromal-subtype, six stem-neuro-subtype lesions and three post-ADT samples. In total, 192,837 single-cell transcriptomes were obtained, identifying ten major cell types, with T cells and macrophages further resolved into four and five subclusters, respectively.
Within the epithelial compartment, the data resolved Basal, Luminal, Club and tumor-specific EMT-like epithelial states, and inferred copy-number variation profiles were used to distinguish malignant from non-malignant epithelial cells. The dataset supports analyses of cellular composition, malignant epithelial lineage states, immune microenvironment features, cell-cell communication, and RNA velocity/CellRank-inferred lineage terminal states and differentiation trajectories across prostate cancer molecular subtypes.
