In vitro expression data from Prdm16 overexpression in Blood Outgrowth Endothelial Cells (BOECs)

Previous work of the host lab identified Prdm16 as an arterial-enriched transcription factor (Aranguren et al., Blood 2013).
Description
To expand our knowledge on the genes regulated by Prdm16, we performed an Affymetrix microarray on total RNA of BOECs. These BOECs were transduced with Prdm16-overexpressing or Cherry-control lentiviral particles.
Three replicate samples were subjected to microarray processing and Prdm16 samples were compared with Cherry control samples for further analysis.
