RNA-seq of mouse tissue samples from animal model: Effects of MMP9 on gene expression.

Listed in NCBI GEO

In the present study, RNA-seq technique were performed to explore biological significance of MMP9 in the neuro-cutaneous signaling network of chronic itch.

Description

We performed high-throughput sequencing of mouse cheek tissue samples from MMP9 animal models (the MMP9 protein or its vehicle was injected into the right cheek of mice).
