The effect of SRSF3 on gene and splicing profile of Tregs in mouse

Listed in NCBI GEO

We have performed a single cell third generation sequencing assay by using Oxford Nanopore Technologies(ONT) assay system in Tregs from a Srsf3fl/+Foxp3Cre-YFP mouse to understand the effect of SRSF3 on gene and splicing of Tregs.

Description

SRSF3 is a splicing factor and plays multiple roles in cells, such as RNA splicing, RNA stability, alternative polyadenylation, translation, and miRNA biogenesis. This study analyzed the gene expression and alternative splicing profile in Tregs.
