scRNA-sequencing of mouse MASH liver and healthy control

MASH is rapidly becoming a leading cause of chronic liver disease worldwide, with its prevalence soaring in parallel with the global epidemics of obesity and type 2 diabetes.
Description
The progression of MASH is driven by a complex network of cellular crosstalk involving dysfunctional hepatocytes, activated immune cells, and fibrogenic hepatic stellate cells, whose maladaptive communication orchestrates inflammation and fibrosis.
We performed single-cell RNA sequencing to characterize the transcriptomes of MASH and normal liver tissues from mice at the single cell level using the BGI C4 single-cell platform.
